AzFactsHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”), accessible at everyblog.online, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Site, provided such claims are reported using the process described below.
While we are based outside the United States, we voluntarily follow the DMCA notice-and-takedown framework as a good-faith standard for handling copyright complaints from anyone, anywhere.
1. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your copyright, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent (see Section 5) containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) or a clear description of its location on the Site, sufficient to allow us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
Notices that do not include all of the above information may not receive a response.
2. What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice
Upon receiving a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as promptly as reasonably possible.
- Notify the user or author who posted the material (if applicable) of the removal.
- Provide the affected user with a copy of the complaint and information on how to submit a counter-notification, where applicable.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted or authored was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the Site before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court (if applicable) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint or their agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, reinstate the material in question after a reasonable waiting period, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to remove or disable content and to terminate the ability of any user or contributor who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyright to submit content to the Site.
5. Designated Agent for Copyright Notices
